FACEPRINT EASY ORDER PROCESS

1. SELECT YOUR PRODUCT.

  • Browse through the website for the product you wish to purchase. Each product has different pricing options available including finishing, sizes, etc.

2. GET INSTANT QUOTE BUTTON.

  • Having found your product , click on ‘Get Instant Quote’ Button, to add to quote list.
  • Continue shopping for other products and keep adding while adjusting your required quantities
  • Review your quote list on “View List”
  • Fill in your name and details and “send your request”

3. RECEIVE YOUR RFQ IN EMAIL.

  • You will receive a copy of your request for quote in Email.
  • Our Sales team will review your request too and send official quote to you within 10min

4. RECEIVE OFFICIAL QUOTE FROM FACEPRINT

  • You will receive quote with an “Accept” or “Reject” Quote Button
  • By accepting the quote our Online shop will forward you to the online payment gateways

5. CHECKOUT AND PROCESS YOUR ORDER

  • After completing the checkout out process, you order has been confirmed for production and delivery after artwork approval.6. DELIVERY

Once an order has been placed you will receive an automatic email with your receipt, we will then process your order and contact you once its complete usually within the same day.

Please note turnaround times are averaged and only include business days, holidays and peak courier periods can slow down orders. If you job is time crucial please let us know when ordering, we guarantee turnarounds and will do our best to process your order in an expedited fashion.

In order to ensure a smooth printing process all files must be the correct size and resolution and orientation. Please use our templates to set up your printing and review the faq page.

Files that are not print ready will be take longer as they have to go through our design team. This will also affect turn-around times.
